I am impressed with the richness and diversity of voices published in Bloodroot Literary Magazine, including works by regional and national writers as well as by established and new ones. Beautifully designed and produced, the magazine is a pleasure to hold as well as to read. There is something for everyone in these pages, and I look forward to reading the next issue and discovering which new poems, stories or essays will claim me as their own. As Robert Frost wrote, You come too-and share in the adventure. Reading is the least expensive and most convenient way to travel, and Bloodroot authors are delightful tour guides.

Bloodroot is an exciting magazine because it crosses borders with a dauntless need to explore deeper into the territory of human behavior.
